How do we book our St. Croix wedding?

Start by emailing us to review dates, packages, beach locations, and tides. We’ll schedule a phone consult to answer questions. To secure your date, we email an invoice/contract and a $250 retainer is required.

Is the $250 retainer for all packages?

Yes. All packages require a $250 retainer to reserve your date. After payment, we send a Welcome Letter and your planning questionnaire.

Do you meet with us in person on the island?

Yes. Once you arrive in St. Croix for your wedding dates, we can meet in person to review your timeline, walk the beach location, and answer final questions.

What’s included in the ceremony setup?

Packages include a bamboo arbor with décor, aisle decor and chairs, officiant with a personalized script and marriage license guidance, music and sound, a personalized timeline, ceremony directing, professional photography with a photo book and full print release, and optional shell-style bouquets and boutonnieres.

Is our St. Croix marriage legally recognized?

Yes. Our officiant guides you through the legalities of obtaining your St. Croix marriage license, and your marriage is recognized anywhere.

Question 6

Do you help with cakes, flowers, transportation, or reception plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide trusted referrals for bakeries, fresh florals, hair and makeup, transportation from the cruise port or airport, luxury picnics (up to 22 guests), reception dinners, and wedding-friendly home rentals.

What if the weather changes?

We build a flexible Wedding Day Timeline and discuss backup timing or location adjustments as needed. Communication stays open so your day remains relaxed and stress-free.
