Planning a beach wedding should be simple, meaningful, and full of joy — not stress. That’s what I’m here for.
Weddings are offered every day of the week, and each one is tailored to fit your unique plans. Whether you’re envisioning something small and sweet or bringing along your favorite people to celebrate, I’ll help you choose the package, timing, and details that feel just right for you.

When you book a package with photography, you're not just getting someone to show up with a camera. You're getting me — Tracey — the person behind Incredible Beach Weddings and a full-time photographer for over 20 years.
I don’t outsource or send someone else. I’ll be there, capturing your ceremony myself — because photography is my passion. It’s the reason I started offering these packages: to give couples beautiful, professional photography without stress or inflated prices.
✨ All of your images are color- and exposure-corrected before delivery, so they’ll be bright, true, and ready to enjoy. When a package mentions “editing” or “upgrades,” that simply refers to more in-depth retouching (like skin smoothing, object removal, or artistic enhancements) that goes beyond my standard corrections. Packages that include photo books will have all the images selected for the book fully edited with these more detailed enhancements.
If you’d like to add extra photo time or a second shooter, that’s an option too.
Please note: Outside photographers aren’t allowed in packages that include photography, since I’ll be handling all of that for you. If you want to bring your own, please choose the “Just Decorations” package instead.
💰 Retainer Fees
To officially reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer is required. Here’s what that looks like based on the package you choose:

$200 – For packages from Incredible Memories through The Forever Keeps

$250 – For Everything by the Sea and higher

$500 – For Saturday weddings (The Forever Keeps or higher)

🕒 Time Slot Guidelines
We don’t offer sunrise weddings — and there’s a good reason for that. It’s simply too dark for us to safely set up, and we want everything to be ready and beautiful when your guests arrive.
The earliest ceremony time available is typically between 8:00 and 8:30am, depending on the time of year and the package selected.
If you're planning an evening ceremony or a holiday date, here are a few things to know:

Holidays: Add $100 to the first three packages, and $150 to all others

Saturday evenings require booking The Elegant by the Sea or higher

Friday and Sunday evenings require booking The Everything by the Sea or higher

📄 Taxes & Permits

North Carolina sales tax is not included in the prices listed on the site

North Myrtle Beach requires a permit (usually $25–$75)

We’ll obtain the permit for you and add the fee to your retainer

If the wedding is canceled, the permit fee is non-refundable

👥 Guest Count & Wedding Party
If you're wondering how many people you can bring — good news. Six of the thirteen packages I offer come with no limit on the number of guests or wedding party members. So whether it's just the two of you or you're planning a celebration with everyone you love, we can make it work.
📍 Location & Travel Fees
Most of the time, everything you need is included. But occasionally, certain beaches require a little more effort behind the scenes. If we’re setting up in a spot with limited access, heavy foot traffic, or special restrictions (like vacation rentals or hotels), there may be a small additional location fee.
This isn’t a permit — just a little extra to help cover the logistics. I’ll always review the address ahead of time and let you know if anything applies.
Setup and breakdown are always included in your package.
☀️ Sunset Beach Info
Sunset Beach recently updated their setup guidelines. Arbors must now be placed sideways at the back of the beach — they can no longer face the ocean directly.
While the beach is still beautiful, this setup may limit the ocean view in photos. If a direct ocean-facing background is important to you, I recommend looking into Ocean Isle Beach as an alternative.
🚫 Ocean Isle Beach Summer Weekend Update
We no longer offer Saturday or Sunday weddings at Ocean Isle Beach between May 1 and September 15.
Traffic congestion on and off the island during those summer weekends has become increasingly difficult for couples, guests, and vendors alike.
We’re still happy to serve Ocean Isle for weekday weddings or during other times of the year — and we’re happy to suggest other nearby beach options if needed!
