We know how stressful finding the perfect beach location for your wedding can be. To help couples find their perfect location I am starting a series of blogs that will showcase some of our favorite places for the ceremony and reception.

This Spotloght is for 801 Ocean Event Center at Oak Island, NC.

Oak island is one of our most popular locations. We have a few preferred ceremony spots but our absolute fav on the island is behind The 801 Ocean Event Center. The town of Oak Island offers very affordable rates for this hidden gem at Oak island. You rent the space and bring in your own services like caterers etc. They also feature a bride's suite and and groom's suite which you can use to get ready.

Parking is free and ample parking within a block's radius.

All the stress of where to have everything is taken away since this venue is ocenfront, your ceremony can be on the beach behind it. Makes it very convenient for all your guests. You also have the peace of mind to take your wedding inside should there be a rare occasion of an all day rain.
