Prices for packages booked after July 24, 2023.


**Because we offer Weddings 7 days a week our business hours are by appointment only.

All photography is personally done by Tracey. She is a professional photographer and has owned Incredible Smiles Photography since 1999. Photography is her passion and the primary reason why she offers the packages with photography at affordable prices.

Additional Photography can be added to any package to allow more time for pre-ceremony photos or addtional reception coverage. We can also bring in a second shooter

(additional fees apply).

*When booking packages that include Professional Photography we regret  we can not allow any other outside Photographers. If you wish to use your own, you need to book The Just Decorations Package. 

No limit to number of guests, bridesmaids and or
groomsmen in 6 out of 13 of our packages

 Please note extra fee for other beaches we cover. This is not for a permit.
This is because our set up cost etc for workers are higher in these areas.

Deposit is $200.00 on packages Incredible Memories through The Forever Keeps.
Deposit is $250.00 on packages Everything by the Sea and higher.
Saturday Weddings deposit is $500.00 for The Forever Keeps Package or Higher. 
Set up and breakdown fees are included in the packages. However, some locations may have areas more difficult to get our set-up to. I'll be able to quote any extra costs once I have the address of places like hotels, house rentals etc. 

Limited Sunrise times, when available add $200.00 to package price.
*Holidays add $100.00 to first 3 packages and $150.00 to remaining.
Prices shown DO NOT include NC Sales Tax.
​In order to book the evening time slot on Saturday's it must be The Elegant by the Sea Package or higher.Friday and Sunday's it must be The Elegant by the Sea Package
or higher to book the evening time slot.

North Myrtle Beach now charges a permit fee of $25-$75, I will obtain the permit but the fee will be added to your deposit and the fee is non-refeundable should you cancel your wedding.

**Please read if you are considering Sunset Beach**
Due to changes in where we can set up at Sunset Beach I am advising anyone wishing to be married here and wanting a package with the arbor to consider changing to Ocean Isle Beach. We can no longer have the arbor face the water it has to be sideways at the back of the beach. Your arbor will have lots of obstructions behind it.

$399.00 Incredible Memories Beach Wedding Package

The Incredible Memories Package is perfect for a elopement, just the two of you, or wanting something amazing but affordable. This package combines our two most popular services, and in our opinion, the two most important, your Officiant and Photographer. 

 This package is available for Monday-Thursday daytime or evening weddings.   

​This package is not available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday past 11am Mid September-Mid May or 8:30am Mid May-Mid September, Based on availability.

**This package is one of our packages where we have to limit the guests to two people in addition to th bride and groom.

It's designed to give couples the ability to have an affordable wedding with pictures. Due to the time constraints on this package we are only able to allow the wedding couple and two more guests and or wedding party. Please note there is only 15 minutes of photography after the ceremony. You can add an additional 30 minutes for $75.00. This must be added during the booking process.  

Extras:
To have vows customized please add $25.00. Officiant will tailor vows to your taste and include one special reading and/or poem.
Sand Ceremony with choice of sand color for bride and groom add $25.00.

Package Includes:

  • Ceremony & Officiant. Officiant will file license back with the county where you obtained you license.

  • Professional Photographer during ceremony and up to 15 minutes after.

  • Online gallery 

  • All images taken normally 50-100. You will receive them via digital download at high resolution with print release.

Incredible Memories Package|Incredible Beach Weddings
**Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, North Myrtle Beach add $50.00 and only available on dates when we will already be there.

Package not available for Sunset Beach, Topsail Island or Emerald Isle in NC.We can sometimes make an exception for Topsail island ($50.00 EXTRA) and Emerald Isle ($100.00 extra) if we have another wedding there the same day. 

We have more flexibility with this package at Kure Beach and more available dates.

The State of NC requires two witnesses to sign the marriage license. Should this just be the two of you I can be one. Should you need a second the fee will be $50.00.

Should you be staying at a home, larger hotel or condo and want the ceremony there please inquire if an additional set up fee is required. $749.00 Lasting Impression Beach Wedding Package

Our Lasting Impression Beach Wedding Package is a great option for couples just having a intimate ceremony with a few close family members and friends. Package  includes 2 Post Bamboo Arbor with White Sheers. Choice of 2-piece floral arrangement in pink, dusty blue, purple, sterling purple, natural pampas or mauve.

This is perfect for just the two of you or a few guests and or attendants. This package has a limit of 10 people total. You may have one maid of honor, one best man, one flower girl and one ring bearer, all part of the 10)

This package is available 7 days a week at any AM time based on availability.

Monday - Thursday afternoon times as well as

sunset times are available.

​This package is not available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday past 11am Mid September-Mid May or 8:30am Mid May-Mid September.

Our Lasting Impression Package has a limit of 10 guests, including the wedding party.

  • Professional Photography for the ceremony and up to 30 minutes after. All images taken (normally 100-200 at high resolution via digital download).

  • PA wireless mic for officiant and hand-held wireless for any songs to be performed or readings

  • Sand Ceremony with table, sand and take home vase

  • 2 Post Bamboo Arbor with white sheers, choice of several 2-piece only flower arrangements.

  • 6 Chairs for special or elderly guests

  • All set-up and clean-up

Our Captured Moment Beach Wedding Package is designed to to give you everything you need in one affordable package. This package is great for destination weddings, no hassle on you, we set up and take down. This package has a limit of 15 people (including the wedding party, you may have one maid of honor, one bridesmaid, one best man, one groomsmen, one flower girl and one ring bearer)

Our Somewhere in Time Beach Wedding Package is for those seeking a Destination Wedding on the Carolina Coast, this magical setting is sure to delight you & your guests. Share The Somewhere in Time while vacationing with family & friends in the Coastal Carolina's. This Destination Wedding was created so you can have a vacation, a wedding and enough leftover for another dream. Our destination Weddings are designed to be easy & affordable. This All Inclusive Package creates a one of a kind elegant beach

This Package includes everything in The Forever Keeps Package with some added features making it the perfect package for those couples including family and friends in your wedding party.  This package has a limit of 40 people including the wedding party. Say I Do, by the ocean but still keep it beautiful, elegant and simple...just show up!

This package is not available on Saturday's past 11am Mid September-Mid May or 8:30am Mid May-Mid September.

The Elegant by the Sea Package is the perfect Destination Wedding Package for your Coastal Carolina Wedding. Our 4-Post Bamboo Arbor is decorated in up to three color choices, accented with your choice of our Silk Floral Arrangements and upgraded aisle decorations. 

There are no time restrictions on this package. 

Mid-September to Mid-May this package can be anytime 7 days a week. 

Mid-May-Mid September this package can be done at 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm (depending on month and sunset).

  • Ceremony & Officiant vows can be customized and include up to two readings. Special traditions or rituals may be extra and your Officiant will advise you of that when they are consulting with you on your vows. Officiant will file license back with the county where you obtained you license.

Fairytale Dream Beach Wedding Package $5999.00

This is our most elite beach wedding package. It is for those wanting the beach wedding of their dreams and Photography from beginning to end. It includes two shooters to make sure all the small details are captured. We will arrive up to 3 hours prior to the ceremony to begin documenting all the little things happening before you walk down the aisle. This package includes full ceremony photography with two shooters. We will be there after the ceremony to capture posed and candid photos with all your family, friends, wedding party and just the two of you. When don’t end our photography coverage there, we will include up to 3 hours for your reception, (additional photo time can be added).

This package also includes your choice of our 4 Post Bamboo Arbor, Driftwood Arbor or Circular Arbor.

There are no time restrictions on this package.

  • All images taken normally 1,000-2,000. You will receive them USB Drive in a personalized box at high resolution with print release.

I can also have her there up to 3 Hours prior to the ceremony to assist with any vendor coordinating needed.
